Important: This is a starter license. Before launch, confirm the exact commercial rights you want to grant for each product.
What a purchase gives you
Unless the individual product page states different terms, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital file for personal creative projects.
Not allowed
The buyer may not sell, share, gift, redistribute, upload, or provide the original digital file to others; claim the digital artwork as their own original artwork; or sell the file itself in digital form.
Commercial use
Commercial use is allowed only when the specific product listing or checkout expressly includes commercial-use rights. If commercial use is not stated, assume personal use only.
No trademark rights
A purchase does not grant trademark rights, brand ownership, or exclusive rights to a design.
